Speaking to Caesar on the phone, he is his cousin and best friend. Relived it did so, she shares Nikolai just came by. Welcoming him home while cooking she asks Leewon did everything go well. She took care of Leewon when he first came to Russia. Caesar has always wanted to raise a tiger. Ordering information about Leewon to be gathered, Caesar wants to know family relationships, hometown, schools, even the number of books he has read. Hearing they met, Caesar grins he just cannot seem to remember. Spinning in his chair, he does not know whether Leewon is Nikolai's lawyer. When Leewon enters his office, Caesar affirms he does not have time to speak right now. Contemplating a gift of a fountain pen from Zdanov, he does like it, that is why it is even more unpleasant. Revealing his name to him is enough to have an assistant present Leewon his business card. Caesar never accepts deals that he cannot take responsibility for in the first place. Telling Zdanov that he is a busy person yet still called him all the way here, Caesar feels if it is a mere lawyer then there is no need to be nervous. As Caesar awaits updates, he asks what happened to Zdanov, it is taking longer than he thought. Caesar is the next head of the Sergeyev mafia group. Caressing his hair, Caesar feels Leewon should wear sunglasses, then calls Dmitri to share he ran into someone intersting. Unlike a lot of people he has encountered, the atmosphere around Caesar was noticeably subdued. Alone, Leewon thinks Caesar had a terrifying aura. Noting Caesar has been staring at him for a while now, Leewon thinks who is he, and would love to know what his connection to Zdanov is, then happily introduces himself. Pressing a complaint form, and a court injection onto Zdanov he smiles while stating to be sure to take a look at them. Noting that Caesar is the man he met earlier, Leewon does not believe he remembers him. Leewon feels there must be someone helping him behind the scenes, but there is a good chance the mafia is involved. Arriving home to his grandmother, he heads to bed early to meet Zdanov in the morning. Alerting Caesar that he can let go of him, Leewon bows while saying he is sorry for bothering him. Having to finish work so he can go back to Korea, Leewon focuses on what is happening right now. Hurrying when late, despite his flamboyant job, Leewon thinks it is typical to run to work just to save a few pennies and notes how he still lives with his grandmother. Having a Korean-American background, Leewon is a lawyer. The meeting between the two is extraordinary. Behind City Councilor Zdanov, there was a mafia involved.
